Novanttum - Distributor/Investor Relations Head - Alternative Investment Fund

Key Responsibilities:

Distribution & Fundraising:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand the AIF's distribution channels through IFAs, wealth managers, family offices, and institutional investors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and channel partners.

- Identify and onboard new distribution partners in line with fund objectives.

- Drive fundraising initiatives and achieve capital-raising targets for current and upcoming AIF schemes.

Investor Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors.

- Manage investor onboarding, documentation, and compliance in coordination with fund administration teams.

- Prepare and deliver regular fund updates, investor presentations, and performance reports.

- Address investor queries and provide timely, transparent communication regarding fund performance and operations.

Marketing & Communication:

- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and investor communications in line with SEBI regulations.

- Organize investor events, webinars, and roadshows to promote AIF offerings.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to all SEBI AIF guidelines and internal compliance procedures.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth fund operations and reporting.
