Position Title: Vice President

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview: This is a senior level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for M&A, IPO and other types of financial transactions. Responsible for driving deal execution and client relationships. Ideal candidate to have a strong track record in financial advisory, M&A, IPO, capital raising and financial analysis, with the ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: MBA from top tier Institute/CA, CFA designation is preferred. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering. A strong academic record is essential.

Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead deal structuring, execution, and negotiations for M&A, debt, capital market and equity transactions

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors

- Develop and oversee financial models, valuations, and industry research

- Provide strategic insights and advisory support to clients on capital markets and growth opportunities

- Mentor and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution

- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
