Job Overview:

Senior leadership role within NovaaOne Capitals Investment Banking practice, responsible for originating and leading high-value transactions across the Healthcare / Financial Institutions Group (FIG) sector. The role will involve building and managing senior-level client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading transactions end-to-end from origination and pitch through execution and closure.

The ideal candidate will be a proven Investment Banker with deep sector expertise in Healthcare or FIG, a strong track record of transaction execution, and established relationships with promoters, corporates, financial institutions, investors and other key stakeholders.

This is a front-end Investment Banking role, best suited to professionals with demonstrated experience in IPO, M&A, Capital Markets, Equity / Debt Fundraising, Strategic Advisory and related Investment Banking transactions, along with a strong understanding of the Healthcare or FIG sector.

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA from a top tier Institute/CA; CFA would be an added advantage

- Experience: 10 to 12 years of Investment Banking experience, with strong transaction execution experience or relevant sector experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, IPO and capital raising transactions across the Healthcare / FIG sector

- Drive business origination and client relationships, including senior-level engagement with promoters, CXOs and investors

- Identify and develop new M&A and capital markets opportunities through sector expertise, market intelligence and investor relationships

- Provide strategic, financial and valuation oversight across transactions, including structuring, negotiations and transaction strategy

- Maintain strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, market developments, and news flow, and assess their implications on transactions and clients

- Lead and mentor transaction teams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery

Skills:

- Strong Healthcare / FIG sector knowledge and demonstrated client / business development capabilities

- Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills

- Strong leadership, commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreams

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial databases
