Job Overview:

This is a senior level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for M&A, IPO and other types of financial transactions. Responsible for driving deal execution and client relationships across manufacturing, capital goods, infrastructure services, engineering, logistics, and related industrial sub-sectors. Ideal candidate to have a strong track record in financial advisory, M&A, IPO, capital raising and financial analysis, with the ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Support execution of M&A, private equity, and capital raising transactions within the Industrials sector

- Independently manage key execution workstreams including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and documentation

- Serve as a key point of contact for clients on specific workstreams during live mandates

- Develop and oversee financial models, valuations, and industry research

- Provide strategic insights and advisory support to clients on capital markets and growth opportunities

- Mentor and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution

- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

Skills:

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

- Deep industry knowledge and established relationships in investment banking

Experience:

4-6 yars of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field with significant exposure to Industrials.

Qualifications:

MBA from top tier Institute/CA, CFA designation is preferred. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering. A strong academic record is essential.
