NovaaOne - Associate Vice President - Infrastructure & Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Infrastructure team as an Associate Vice President. The role will involve end-to-end execution of transactions across infrastructure sectors, including financial modeling, valuation, client engagement, and deal closure support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead execution of infrastructure transactions including M&A, fundraising, and advisory mandates

- Build and review complex financial models (project finance, DCF, LBO, etc.)

- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and client presentations

- Conduct sector research and market analysis across infrastructure segments (roads, renewable energy, ports, urban infrastructure, etc.)

- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, legal, consultants, investors)

- Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development initiatives

- Mentor and oversee Analysts/Associates to ensure high-quality deliverables

- Track deal pipelines and ensure timely execution of mandates
