About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Corporate Strategy & M&A professional to help shape the company's long-term growth agenda. The role will work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, evaluate investments, and drive key initiatives across mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability, business acumen, and strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Strategy

- Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities through industry research, technology trends, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.

- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for leadership to support long-term growth and value creation.

- Monitor emerging trends in AI, technology, and digital transformation, assessing their implications for the business.

- Support development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), strategic roadmaps, and long-term growth initiatives.

Mergers & Acquisitions

- Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities aligned with the company's strategic priorities.

- Conduct market research, target screening, and deal sourcing to build a strong M&A pipeline.

- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and commercial assessment of potential targets.

- Design and evaluate deal structures and prepare investment recommendations for leadership.

- Lead or support due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.

Strategic Initiatives

- Partner with leadership to define growth priorities, market entry strategies, and expansion initiatives.

- Identify post-merger integration opportunities and business synergies.

- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations for senior leadership (CEO/COO/Board).

- Support profitability improvement, operational efficiency, and business performance tracking.

- Contribute to key strategic initiatives across alliances, location expansion, customer strategy, and new business models.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred

- 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or M&A roles

- Strong experience in market analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning
