Nordex - Specialist - Key User Continuous Improvement

Your Tasks:

- Coordinate onsite improvement projects by liaising with various stakeholders, including maintenance teams, contractors, and HQ personnel

- Update and digitalize maintenance checklists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in maintenance operations

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures based on the outcomes of onsite improvement projects to streamline maintenance processes

- Monitor and track progress of improvement projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards

YOUR PROFILE:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field

- Strong Project Management qualification

- Minimum of 8-10 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry)

- Proven experience in maintenance operations, project coordination, and process improvement

- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel/Word for documentation management .

- Knowledge in SAP

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

- Proficiency in digital tools and software for maintenance management and documentation.
