Job Title : Manager

Department : Production

Position Description :

- Responsible for managing all aspects of the production department.

- This includes planning and organizing production schedules, responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output, managing production budget and resources.

- In addition, this position is responsible for managing multiple shifts of Production Supervisors.

Major Responsibilities

- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production employees & supervisors.

- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep safe work environment.

- Communicating regularly with upper` management regarding problems or issues impacting production.

- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.

- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.

- Review worker performance and identify training needs.

Education/ Experience: Diploma or BE/B.Tech with relevant 15 -18 years of experience
