Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- The role involves assisting in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Generate new leads and manage existing client accounts to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations to close deals.
- Motivate and guide junior sales team members in achieving individual and team targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience (hospitality/retail/related industry experience is a plus).
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/sales management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
