- As a junior member of the team, assist the member of the Client services team in dealing with client requests on the platform, help senior free up time to focus on organics growth.
- Assist in acting as a central point of contact for the client mapping to make sure the firm has a clear understanding of the business conducted by the client and the opportunities to help the organic growth and build closer relationship to the client by being able to find way of providing them additional services
- Contribute on analysing client opportunities and control the profitability/growth of the Prime Finance client base by creating a high touch service model and a reputation that attracts new clients.
- Requires to develop understanding of resources specifically balance sheet/leverage exposure, internal clearing/trading costs, funding rates.
- The role requires proactive attitude to improving processes, highlight operational and control risks / efficiencies and look for ways to prevent issues from re-occurring, either systematically or through new procedures/operating model.
