Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree or its equivalent in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities Include:

- Develop the requirement specifications based on the business need and domain

understanding.

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and

dashboards to drive key business decisions.

Analyzing datasets:

- Test and validate the dashboards and reports against the underlying raw data based on the requirements.

- Observing the datasets over a period, identify patterns, and highlight changes, anomalies, and concerns.

- Creating documentation for projects and product teams.

- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses.

- Display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings clearly and concisely.

- Present demos to clients and stakeholders in line with the business needs, effectively and efficiently.

- Planning project schedule with client and senior team members and tracking.

- Status reporting to various stakeholders on progress, incidents, and proactively addressing challenges.

- Guiding other team members, following delivery schedules, highlighting potential delays, and working on resolutions.

- General responsibilities for implementing or maintaining the Noesys Information Security policy, as well as any specific responsibilities for the protection of assets, or the execution of security processes or activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-5 years relevant experience in business analysis.

- Preferred background from Utilities Sector.

- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.

- Experience in analytics, reporting & data management, data science or similar job function.

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

- Experience with SQL Queries and Excel.

- Understanding of ETL/ELT, DWH, Data Lake, Data Visualization and BI concepts.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills able to interface with all levels of the

organization, creating effective documentation.

- Tracking the work progress and making sure Project deliver on Time.

- Ability to interact with clients for deliverables, and handling team simultaneously and updating projectstakeholders.

Mandatory Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills are essential as they will be working with international clients.

- The CV should not have any career gaps.

- Candidates must be flexible with extending working hours when necessary.

- Preference will be given to candidates located in Bangalore.

- No travel accommodations will be provided for the final face-to-face interview round.

Interview Process:

- First Round Telephonic HR screening.

- Second Round Task assignment by the interviewer.

- Third Round Task review.

- Fourth Round Hardcore technical round of interview with the interviewer (Virtually Done).

- Fifth Round Final face-to-face technical interview with the founder at the office premises (Mandatory).

- Office Shift Timings General shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Must be a little flexible during client

calls.
