About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Marketing Lead to drive the localization, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives for Marketing.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth journey of a global gaming brand in one of the worlds most vibrant gaming communities.
You will serve as a vital bridge between our global publishing HQ and local operations, ensuring that all marketing efforts are deeply aligned with cultural nuances, gamer behavior, and content trends in India.
Social Media & Digital Growth
- Drive follower growth across digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram etc
- Plan and oversee all content calendars, campaigns, and creative approvals
- Guide and execute client-tie-in campaigns (e.g., movies, IPs)
- Lead Cosplay rebranding and handle content and community strategy
Performance Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan & execute 90-day marketing campaigns for each city edition
- Guide performance marketing across awareness, engagement, and sales
- Execute offers concepts like Superfan Pass and drive offline campaigns (radio, influencers) etc
- Increase in ticket sales via in-house promotions
Design & Creative Oversight
- Approve 100% of creative assets across digital, print, and branding
- Define seasonal themes, visual tone, and event-based branding
- Review key marketing collaterals (Superfan boxes, Volunteer kits, collaterals)
Ticketing & CRM (District Coordination)
- Act as the key point of contact with District (ticketing partner)
- Align on communication milestones, campaign assets, CRM messaging
- Review and approve all outbound CRM communication
Video Production & Content Creation
- Onboard and brief video vendors for event and client deliverables
- Supervise pre-event, on-ground, and post-event content strategy and execution
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all video assets
- To work and grow organic views
Cross-Functional Coordination & Website
- Ensure 100% timely updates on website and social platforms
- Align with sales, operations, and content teams on deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate sponsor branding, deliverables, and announcements
- Support NODWIN Arena media requirements during live events
Requirements:
Experience: 7-8 years in marketing, content strategy, or digital brand management (preferably in live events, entertainment, or pop culture domains)
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field; Postgraduate preferred
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Content planning and creative direction
- Strong copy, visual, and design sensibility
- Experience managing influencer, CRM, and performance marketing
- Vendor & agency management
- Cross-functional communication and project coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp, Hubspot, or equivalent
- Ability to handle high-pressure timelines and multi-city campaign rollout
