
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding-while also leading and supporting key HR initiatives and projects. This role is both strategic and operational, offering an opportunity to work closely with business leaders and play a critical role in shaping the employee experience.
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Drive and manage end-to-end HR processes: onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experience and cultural assimilation for new employees.
- Conduct regular check-ins and stay interviews to improve retention and morale.
2. Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and present insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with line managers to build high-performing teams.
3. Performance & Talent Management
- Drive the performance review cycle and support managers with feedback and development plans.
- Support talent management and succession planning efforts.
- Identify high-potential employees and work with L&D to build growth plans.
4. HR Projects & Initiatives
- Lead or contribute to key HR projects such as policy revision, engagement programs, DEI, culture building, and digital HR transformation.
- Drive initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals.
5. Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
- Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve internal processes.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in driving HR projects and working with cross-functional teams.
