Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (ASM) based in Hyderabad.
- The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, meeting revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- The ASM will collaborate with stakeholders, implement effective sales strategies, and provide training and support to team members to drive performance.
- The role requires a customer-focused approach to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and meeting revenue goals
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a target-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify sales trends and strategies
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in PropTech, real estate, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
