NoBroker - Senior Manager - Offerings & Pricing - Services

Working Location: Bangalore (6 days)

Job Role Description:

NoBroker Interiors is primarily into residential interiors. We are looking for a Senior Manager to help NoBroker Interiors improve its service offerings (for ex. False ceilings, MEP, Partitions, Mirrors, Manual Carpentry etc.) for optimised pricing and better customer experience. This is a central role where the candidate will work with city teams, leadership and our vendor partners to ensure we are offering a wide range of services, done correctly and at the right prices.

The candidate should have:"

a) Strong negotiation skills with vendor partners

b) Civil/QS background preferred

c) Data Analysis skills

d) Understanding or market

e) Drafting MRC.

Key Result Areas:

- Frequent Price Discovery/Pricing Model/Price Revisions for key interior services

- Improved Construction/Technique and usual methods of delivering the services

- Establishing new/refined offerings including onboarding vendors for ex. Texture paints, partitions, stone cladding etc. as per customer requirements and demand.

- Increasing Service Revenue/project and Margins

- Great Customer Experience and Ratings on Service Quality

Eligibility:

- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Procurement/QS/Services/Quotations in Interior Industry

- Understanding of Services rates and execution is a big plus. Should have on-site experience of execution as well.
