Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager - Brand Partnerships & Alliances to drive strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and high-impact marketing collaborations. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and campaign strategy, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new brands, agencies, and strategic partners based on market trends and business opportunities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with brands and media agencies to drive repeat business
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing and advertising solutions
- Conceptualize and plan end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with client goals
- Own the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and pitching to closure and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Drive monthly and annual revenue targets with clear ownership of KPIs
- Maintain regular communication with clients for campaign updates, reporting, and upselling opportunities
- Prepare and maintain sales pipelines, reports, and performance dashboards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performance, innovation-driven culture
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience in brand partnerships, ad sales, media sales, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising solutions, and campaign planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or media platforms
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and execution capabilities
