About the Role:

We're looking for ambitious and relationship-driven Luxury Consultants to advise high-net-worth clients on premium real estate investments. This is a consultative sales role focused on building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional buying experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, CXOs, family offices, and premium investors.

- Understand client needs and recommend luxury residential properties.

- Conduct property presentations, private previews, and site visits.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.

- Collaborate with leading developers to offer exclusive inventory.

- Achieve sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and client follow-ups.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

- 3-10 years of experience in luxury real estate, premium developer sales, wealth management, private banking, luxury retail, hospitality, or relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is highly preferred.

- Self-driven, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
