Key Responsibilities : - Act as the primary point of contact for paid customers, providing personalized service and support. - Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Identify and assess the needs of customers to provide the best solutions and service. - Assist customers in finding the right tenant or house according to their requirements. - Make outbound and attend inbound calls to address customer inquiries and leads. - Use internal tools and methods to deliver the best possible service to customers. - Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers to secure favorable outcomes. - Keep customers informed about the progress of their accounts and any relevant updates. - Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality. - Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations. Desired Skills and Qualifications : - Any Postgraduate degree (MBA, PGDM, M.Tech, M.
