Job Description:

- Mandatory prior team-handling, minimum handled a team of 7 people.

- Must have managed a team of Sales Managers - Senior Sales Managers - Cluster Heads.

- Strong experience in real estate sales.

- Experience handling NRI - Dubai customers is highly preferred.

- Strong B2C sales and revenue ownership experience.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management skills.

- Should be comfortable working with a Dubai-based - NRI sales team.
