Key Responsibilities:

- Driving and managing loan solutions within the builder segment

- Team Management profile heading the Internal Homeloan sourcing vertical

- Lead a team of Loan to pitch about our home loan solutions

- Formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development

- Onboard new clients for setting up intern home loan sourcing business.

- Coordinate with all the leaders and team to get leads and ensure streamlined process of login to disbursement

- Strategic intervention in process improvement, This is a strategic role that requires leadership capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the loan process.
