About the Role:
The Head of Sales - Pan India will lead the national sales charter, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across all cities. The role involves managing City Heads (GMs) and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while building a scalable, high-performance sales engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver Pan India sales targets with full P&L; accountability.
- Drive strategic planning including annual operating plans and revenue forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and manage City Heads across all operational markets.
- Establish performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, KRAs, and review mechanisms.
- Standardize sales processes and optimize conversion funnels across cities.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive geographic expansion.
- Strengthen developer and partner ecosystem for sustained business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Strategy) for demand generation.
- Drive data-led decision making to improve productivity and customer acquisition.
- Ensure consistent and superior customer experience across all markets.
- Monitor business performance through dashboards and periodic reviews.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and operational guidelines.
Pre-Requisites:
- 8-12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing large multi-city sales teams.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales and high-value transaction ecosystems.
- Experience in real estate / proptech / marketplace businesses preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach to decision making.
- Tier 1 college
