Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with strong expertise in Mural, Journey Mapping, and Story Mapping to lead product planning and delivery for digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, design teams, and developers to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure business value delivery through agile methodologies.

Job Description:

- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with business

objectives.

- Use Mural, Miro, or similar tools to facilitate visual collaboration, user journey mapping, and story mapping workshops.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized, refined, and ready for development.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, mockups, and journey flows for new features and enhancements.

- Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

- Conduct regular review sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions align with user needs and business value.

- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

- 4-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product management role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Mural, Miro, or other collaboration tools for journey mapping and story mapping.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks with proven backlog management experience.

- Excellent understanding of user-centered design, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience with GenAI tools, digital transformation projects, or SaaS-based products.

- Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

- Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) preferred.
