The Performance Marketing Manager is tasked with creating, executing, and enhancing marketing campaigns across Ecommerce platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, who can drive growth through data-informed decisions and innovative marketing tactics. This position has a marketing executive reporting into it to help with reporting and campaign execution across platforms

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Development [IMPORTANT]:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set performance targets for marketing campaigns.

- Help Successfully plan and execute marketing plans for new product launch

- Help Successfully plan and execute marketing plans for scale up of premium/higher AOV products in the portfolio

Campaign Management:

- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Jio, etc

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Data Analysis and Reporting [IMPORTANT]:

- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and ROI.

Budget Management [IMPORTANT]:

- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

- Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

- Coordinate with other marketing functions, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Optimization [IMPORTANT]:

- Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation).

- Implement data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Education Qualification required: Graduate/ Post-Graduation in Management / MBA in Marketing specialization preferred.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of Amazon PI Ability to solve day to day problems

Understanding of Display, search ads, PLA on portals Good written and oral communications

Strong Analytical skills

Proficient in Excel

Ability to Manage multiple priorities and deliver as per timelines
