1. Brand Strategy & Development (Baby Care Focus)
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Teddyy's positioning, awareness, and trust among mothers and caregivers, with strong emphasis on trade activations.
- Drive brand growth by leveraging consumer insights, category trends, and competitive benchmarking in the baby diaper segment.
- Work closely with Sales, Digital, R&D, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of brand vision with execution.
2. Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital & Content-led) focused on baby comfort, care, safety, and mother reassurance.
- Partner with in-house and external creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver compelling, mother-centric communication.
3. Consumer & Market Research
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, launches, and communication strategies within the baby diaper category.
- Lead consumer research initiatives to understand evolving mother needs, baby care habits, and purchase drivers.
4. Trade & Shopper Marketing
- Design and execute trade marketing programs across General Trade (GT) as a key focus, followed by Modern Trade (MT), pharmacy, and baby specialty stores.
- Collaborate with sales teams to customize channel-wise and trade-led activations to drive off-take and improve conversion.
5. New Product Launches
- Lead product launch planning and go-to-market execution for new products.
- Drive successful launches with strong 360- marketing and trade support.
6. Budget & ROI Management
- Prepare and manage annual brand and trade marketing budgets.
- Track spends, evaluate ROI, and ensure efficient utilization of marketing investments.
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze brand performance metrics such as market share, distribution, awareness, consideration, and trial.
- Present regular performance reviews, insights, and action plans to senior management.
Education Qualification required - Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
