Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad.

- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

- This includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining employee records; designing and implementing company policies; and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, and promote company values to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge in recruitment, selection, and employee orientation.

- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Proficiency in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- Proven skills in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
