Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Business Strategic Partner who will collaborate closely with the leadership team to scale the business, drive profitability, and lead long-term strategic initiatives.
This position requires a 1 Crore capital investment, reflecting the seniority and ownership associated with the role.
The ideal partner will contribute to business planning, operations, financial management, growth strategy, and market expansion, while also taking an active leadership role in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Co-create and execute the companys long-term business strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and high-growth verticals.
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and expansion initiatives.
- Business Development & Growth
- Develop and manage key client, investor, and partner relationships.
- Build revenue-generation frameworks and drive business growth.
- Oversee sales, marketing, and brand strategy to ensure market competitiveness.
- Financial Oversight
- Monitor and optimize organizational financial performance.
- Support budgeting, fundraising, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Ensure ROI-driven decision-making in all business functions.
- Operations & Team Leadership
- Drive operational excellence across departments.
- Mentor senior management and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Implement processes, systems, and scalability frameworks.
- Investment Partnership Obligations
- Bring in 1 Crore investment as equity or partner capital.
- Participate actively in board-level decisions and governance.
- Work collaboratively to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven 10+ years of leadership experience in strategic, business development, or CXO-level roles.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and scale businesses.
- Experience in managing financial operations, corporate strategy, or investments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make high-impact decisions in dynamic business environments.
Compensation & Benefits:
