Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: - Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Ed-tech industry. - Create and manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. - Engage in negotiations and present tailored solutions to address client needs effectively. Team Leadership & Mentorship: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Inside Sales to achieve their targets. - Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Follow-ups: - Connect with the leads daily to engage with potential clients and assess their requirements. Sales Execution: - Manage and participate in virtual sales activities, such as conducting video call sessions, to drive enrollments across the country (as per the reach-out and relations). - Close high-value deals through effective communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. CRM & Reporting: - Oversee the use of CRM tools to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and maintain accurate data. - Provide detailed reports to senior management, including progress updates, client feedback, and performance analysis. Requirements: Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred. Work Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record in the Ed-tech industry. - Strong background in the K9 and K12 education segments is mandatory. Skillset: - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure situations effectively. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. - Deep understanding of the K9 and K12 education landscape and market dynamics.
