About the Role

We are looking for an aggressive, highly networked, and financially astute leader to drive our capital raise and strategic expansion. You will not just be pitching; you will be architecting the company's financial narrative, securing 360-degree funding (VC, HNI, Strategic), and executing critical ecosystem partnerships in parallel.

This is an execution-heavy role. You are expected to run multiple funding tracks simultaneously while managing P&L projections and onboarding key offline partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional & Strategic Fundraising (VCs & Corporates)

- VC Strategy: Develop and execute a sniper-focused strategy to bypass gatekeepers and reach top decision-makers (Partners/MDs) at Tier-1 VCs.

- Strategic Investors: Identify and pitch to major competitors or adjacent market leaders for strategic investment opportunities (Corporate VC/Umbrella acquisition paths).

- Accelerator Ties: Immediately secure entry or partnerships with top-tier accelerators (Sequoia Spark, Techstars, TiE) to build institutional trust and validation.

2. Diversified Capital Sourcing (HNIs & Specialized Funds)

- Doctor & Healthcare Funds: specifically target and close investments from "Doctor Funds" to fuel future product lines (Crucial Deliverable).

- Private Capital: Tap into Family Offices and Ultra-HNIs for early-stage capital.

- Celebrity & Influencer Capital: Strategize and execute a plan to bring on Celebrities or Macro-Influencers as investors for brand leverage and capital.

3. Financial Modeling & Metrics

- P&L Architecture: Own the metrics sheet. Ensure all financial projections and unit economics reflect a P&L profitability of 20% or more.

- Valuation: Defend the valuation through rigorous data preparation and financial logical structuring.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

- Offline Network: Identify, negotiate, and onboard 30 Offline Partners immediately to demonstrate traction and distribution power.

- "Digital Nalanda" Initiative: Lead the formation and structural setup of the "Digital Nalanda" organization as a crucial strategic arm of the company.

5. High-Velocity Networking

- Prototype Roadshow: Conduct massive networking with the product prototype to generate buzz and FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) among stakeholders.

- The "Parallel Processing" Requirement

- The ideal candidate understands that these tasks cannot be sequential. You must be able to onboard partners (Task A) while pitching VCs (Task B) and refining the P&L (Task C) simultaneously. Speed and accuracy are non-negotiable.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Funding Secured: Amount raised vs. Target.

- Partners Onboarded: Completion of the 30 Offline Partner target.

- Pipeline Quality: Number of meetings secured with General Partners (GPs) at Tier-1 funds.

- Profitability Model: Validation of the >20% P&L model by third-party due diligence.

- Special Projects: Successful incorporation/launch of Digital Nalanda.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 5+ years in Investment Banking, VC (Investment side), or Founder's Office roles in high-growth startups.

- Network: Existing warm relationships with VCs, Family Offices, and Accelerators (TiE/Techstars network is a plus).

- Skills: Financial Modeling (Excel wizardry), Pitch Deck Storytelling, B2B Sales (for partner onboarding).

- Mindset: "Wolf of Wall Street" energy combined with "CFO" discipline. You are a skeptic who verifies facts before presenting them to investors.
