Job Summary:

NNIIT is seeking a dynamic Fundraiser to support the expansion of its One-on-One Personalized Live Learning Programs. The role focuses on identifying potential investors, strategic partners, and funding opportunities, while building long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential investors, partners, and funding agencies

- Present NNIITs personalized one-on-one live class model effectively

- Develop and manage relationships with HNWIs, institutions, corporates, and education-focused investors

- Create and deliver pitch decks, proposals, and investment presentations

- Work closely with internal teams to understand business model, growth plans, and impact metrics

- Support negotiations and assist in closing funding deals

- Maintain investor databases and track fundraising progress

- Represent NNIIT at business meetings, networking events, and conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in fundraising, investment sourcing, business development, or B2B sales

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Basic understanding of EdTech / education services preferred

- Ability to explain ROI, scalability, and impact clearly

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused

- Bachelors degree required (MBA/Finance preferred)

Experience:

- 26 years in fundraising, partnerships, or business development

- Prior exposure to investors or corporate partnerships is an advantage
