Role Overview
The CEO will be a highly hands-on, execution-driven leader responsible for managing all departments on a daily, data-backed basis, raising capital, driving revenue growth, and scaling the company 200x from current performance. This role requires deep ownership, direct involvement, and the ability to build and scale systems, teams, and revenue engines.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategy
- Define and execute the companys growth strategy to scale revenue 200x
- Own P&L, unit economics, pricing, and revenue models
- Translate vision into measurable OKRs and daily execution plans
- Identify new markets, offerings, and monetization opportunities
Daily Operations & Department Oversight
- Directly manage and review daily performance data across all departments
Sales & Growth
Marketing & Performance Marketing
Academic Operations & Tutor Management
Product & Technology
Customer Success & Retention
Finance & HR
- Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews using dashboards and KPIs
- Build accountability systems to ensure fast execution and decision-making
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead all fundraising efforts (seed, pre-series, series rounds)
- Prepare and deliver direct presentations to investors, VCs, angels, and strategic partners
- Own pitch decks, financial models, and growth narratives
- Maintain strong investor relationships and board communication
Revenue & Growth Leadership
- Personally drive high-impact revenue initiatives
- Optimize funnel metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and ARPU
- Scale sales teams, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups
- Ensure strong student outcomes to drive renewals and referrals
Product & Data Leadership
- Use learning data, student outcomes, and engagement metrics to guide product decisions
- Work closely with tech and academic teams to improve personalization and scalability
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and innovation
Culture & Leadership
- Build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
- Hire, mentor, and retain top leadership talent
- Set clear expectations, accountability, and execution discipline
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, Marketplace, or Consumer Tech
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue rapidly (10x+ preferred)
- Strong understanding of data-driven growth, funnels, and unit economics
- Hands-on experience with fundraising and investor pitching
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously with strong operational rigor
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
