We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate to drive customer engagement and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, or networking.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Present the company's products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or calls.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process
- Meet and exceed assigned sales target
- As a business development manager at NNIIT you will focus on providing academic counselling and driving enrollments for our ED- tech solutions in the K9 and K12 education segments.
- conduct a minimum one face to face session daily, with multiple session during weekends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
