Purpose : - Data captured at a Student or Lead level requires monitoring and analysis on regular basis. Data available will be used for enhancement and review process to meet and exceed Business requirements Duties &amp; Responsibilities : - Define and Analyze data on assigned tasks [Student Feedback, Survey results, lead analysis, etc..] - Collecting and interpreting data - Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business - Identifying patterns and trends in data sets - Defining new data collection and analysis processes - Inputs on designing and modification of current modules - Creative Solutions to analyse data points to meet Business requirements [Sales/Services] - Co-ordination with tech team for any developmental work - Execution of Business ideas, understanding capabilities to optimize Business processes - Timely inputs to the Product team on existing Products and offerings Skills &amp; Abilities : - Experience in data models and reporting packages - Ability to analyse large datasets - Ability to write comprehensive reports - An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving - Ability to multi-task - Thinking ability on various permutations and combinations - Good communication skills (spoken and written) Qualification : - Graduate any stream - MBA in Business Analytics (Preferred) - Expert level proficiency in MS Excel, Powerbi/Tableau Experience : - 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience - Previous experience working as a Data Analyst or similar domain in an education institute preferred
