Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO & Optimization:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues and optimization opportunities.
- Improve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture to enhance search engine performance.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and canonicalization.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and URL structures.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO best practices in code and site design.
Keyword Research & Content Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO strategy with content planning and user intent.
- Optimize metadata, headings, and on-page elements for maximum organic visibility.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Manage backlink audits and monitor toxic links.
- Build partnerships with reputable platforms to strengthen off-page presence.
Web Analytics & Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track performance.
- Measure and report on traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, and conversion metrics.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis.
- Create SEO dashboards and regular reports for management and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO integration across all digital initiatives.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to overall marketing and growth strategy through SEO insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in Technical SEO and Digital Marketing.
Expertise in:
- Technical SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Sitebulb, DeepCrawl.
- Web Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Tag Manager.
- Keyword Research: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (working knowledge preferred).
- Strong understanding of website architecture, structured data, and web performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Magento
