Description:

Strategic HR Advisory:

- Collaborate with senior management & business leaders to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support.

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organizations objectives and promote a positive work culture.

- Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning etc.

HR activities and Compliance:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and HRIS administration.

- Must have worked on ATS system.

- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to identify are as for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations team to ensure smooth HR delivery of various HR activities.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

- Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances in a fair and objective manner.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

- Lead and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, process improvement, and change management initiatives etc.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative HR solutions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that support the companys strategic goals.

Required Candidate Skills:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent negotiation skills with team and candidates.

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2+years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes.

- Proven experience in providing strategic HR advisory services to business units.

- Excellent team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated project management skills.

Location: Golf Course Road, Sector -43, Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience: 6+ years as Human Resources Manager
