Job Summary

NKlusive is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong client relationships and driving sales results. This role is perfect for a professional with a background in Real Estate, Sales & Distribution, or Hospitality Sales who is looking to grow and advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media. You will be a key contributor to the expansion of our client base.

- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities and results.

- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive and effective.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in a sales role.

- A strong background in one of the following industries: Real Estate, Sales & Distribution, or Hospitality Sales.

- A Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- A go-getter attitude with a passion for driving results and a strong desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
