Job Purpose:
- Deputy Manager - Post Sales are supposed to handle customer booking process from booking to handing over of the property for a given project, reminding the clients for payment, assisting them resolving their queries and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
- Liaison with the developer.
- Maintaining of various client documents & performing Data entry in the software PSMS.
Job Responsibility:
- To supervise that all booking documents should be in order, e.g., Booking Application Forms, cheque along with proper KYC documents and entering them into software.
- Ensuring timely issue and dispatch of Allotment Letter, preparing Agreement for Sale and executing the same.
- Ensuring strong coordination between Post Sales team with Buyer, Developer and Legal team regarding Registration of Agreement for Sale.
- Ensuring achievement of Monthly Collection target by monitoring daily follow up for collection of payments from the buyers as well as banks within stipulated time.
- Ensuring timely generation & dispatch of Money Receipts, Demand Letter, Payment Reminder Letter, Interest Letter to the buyers, preparation of NOC, Tripartite Agreement required for buyers opting for home loan.
- Ensuring timely generation of Brokerage Invoice from software and collection of the Brokerage payment from Developer within stipulated time frame.
- To supervise events like Cancellation process & Re Sale of flats as per the company policies.
- Proper coordination between Developer, Buyer and the Home Loan provider.
- Attending queries of customers, bankers and associates at all times at all stages of post-sale.
- Supporting on customer enquiries for sales progression and development.
- Responsible for providing weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly reports for Post Sales, as and when required by Developer or any other concerned department.
- Responsible for regular monitoring of team members.
- To do audit of Post Sales team on quarterly basis.
- Liaising with other departments and developers for smooth operations.
- Be compliant with policies and procedures of the organization as well as the applicable local, state and central laws and acts.
- One is expected to follow instructions & abide by rules & regulations of the company as well as that may be laid by the respective reporting authority from time to time in the interest of the business.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing the stated job & responsibilities; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
- Qualification Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream.
- Experience : 7 ~ 10 years experience in the service industry in Customer Relationship/collection/accounting/post sales handling similar profile along with team handling experience.
- Competencies : ERP Knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excellent verbal skills English, Hindi and Bengali, Strong in follow-ups and calendar management, Responsiveness, Dynamic & Quick Learner.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Can work independently without much supervision/follow ups.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
- He/she must be flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized and solve problems in a timely fashion.
- Good Team Player.
