As a Channel Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to target high-end clientele and maximize sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with premium & luxury property buyers, sellers and industry professionals.
- Overseeing the listing and marketing of premium & luxury properties, ensuring they are presented in an appealing and professional manner.
- Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Negotiating and closing high-value property transactions, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data and providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborating with marketing and advertising teams to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
- Representing the company at industry events, networking functions and luxury property showcases.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile:.
- Extensive experience in Channel Partner real estate sales.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing and property types.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through Channel partner in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle property transactions of all segments.
- In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other sales tools.
- A master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred, but not always required.
- Any additional certifications or training in luxury real estate sales or management can be advantageous.
- Salary & Compensation: As per Industry Standard + Incentives, PF, Statutory Bonus, Medical Benefits & Travel.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of Client handling handling experience.
