We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage campaigns through all stages of the project lifecyclefrom planning and design to execution, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance across multiple digital channels and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand client goals and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), create detailed reports, and present results to clients and internal teams.

- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously improve campaign strategy.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

- Strong understanding of marketing data and ability to translate metrics into performance improvements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
