Niyo - Associate - Strategy & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities

- Define and create product-level strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Drive execution of approved strategies and track progress against goals

- Work closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Ops teams to ensure alignment

- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize outcomes and improve efficiency
