Job Description: Salesforce and SAP Implementation Lead (In-House)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the in-house implementation of Salesforce and SAP platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle-from planning and requirements gathering to deployment, integration, and user adoption-ensuring these solutions align with our business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Lead the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce and SAP requirements.

- Implementation Management: Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and SAP solutions within the organization.

- Team Coordination: Assemble and manage cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, developers, and end-users.

- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant business systems.

- Resource and Timeline Management: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, address issues promptly, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Training and Support: Organize and deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to drive adoption.

- Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by addressing resistance, communicating benefits, and ensuring smooth transitions.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, data migration, and quality control to ensure solutions meet business requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce and SAP implementation or project management.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP modules and integration capabilities.

- Proven experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Relevant Salesforce and SAP certifications are a plus.
