Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex transformation programs, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with client and business objectives.
- Oversee multi-location delivery teams across India and global regions, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business goals and ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple accounts, focusing on innovation, automation, and scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, service quality metrics, and risk management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide strategic inputs on process optimization, technology modernization, and digital strategy alignment.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to create technical designs from functional requirements, including mockups, data flow diagrams, and process maps.
- Strong business analysis skills gathering key insights from stakeholders and translating them into actionable reports.
- Experience conducting market research for new product development or solution enhancement.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP.
- Familiarity with ERP and SAP applications and their integration within enterprise environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 - 15 years of proven experience managing large transformation programs in IT or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated success in client engagement, project governance, and delivery leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
