Nivesh - Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily mutual fund operations and ensure the timely processing of transactions.

- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Stay updated on industry regulations (such as SEC rules) and ensure mutual fund operations comply with all relevant legal requirements.

- Manage in-house processing of KYC under CAMS and CVL KRA platforms.

- Implement SEBI regulations and ensure compliance within the organization.

- Monitor and reconcile fund flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in settlements.

- Oversee compliance and regulatory processes.

- Monitor the end-to-end transaction journey, including both commercial and non-commercial processes.

- Optimize processes by providing product inputs and simplifying operational activities through interactions with external vendors (RTA, AMCs, Payment Aggregators).

- Handle fund activations, scheme master updating, regulatory circulars, purchases, redemptions, SIPs, portfolio analysis, statement analysis, and NAV checks.

- Prepare SOPs. Work on transaction reporting across platforms, including BSE Star, API, and manual reporting (channel transactions).

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in transaction operations, finance, or back-office roles in BFSI/financial products distribution, with exposure to mutual fund and insurance operations.

- Proven track record of leading teams and process improvement projects.

- Familiarity with brokerage calculation systems, advanced Excel, and MIS reporting.

- Demonstrated analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
