Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Axis Bank to drive business growth and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Operations & Performance: Oversee daily sales operations, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Training & Development: Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management to improve their performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the sales process and addressing any issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a strong background in sales. Experience in the insurance industry is a significant advantage.
- Sales & Strategy: Expertise in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and the ability to analyze market trends.
- Leadership: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Education: A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
