Description:
Senior Manager IT Lead NMIPL EVP-5.
- Lead the NMIPL IS-IT organization to achieve target KPI (Project Execution, System support, System Improvement initiatives, vendor management).
- Overall objective is to ensure end-to-end delivery of IS/IT services that are critical to daily operations in a demanding and complex business environment.
- This role manages all business applications across the NMIPL organization which includes dealer end applications as well and to provide value added support to business functions.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
Project Delivery:
- Execute new projects to support business plan.
- Vendor management of multiple projects.
- Delivering projects with recognized quality, cost and time constraints.
- Global system roll-out based on the fit-gap analysis to regional business requirements.
Domain and Systems Manager:
- Review of system support activities against SLA/KPI.
- Suggest & execute improvements as required by business.
- Support new functionalities based on business requirements.
- Sales Site specifically also cover demand & prioritisation on S&M and A&F and liaison with Region Domain team.
Site Delivery Manager:
- Availability management of IT and each system measure with SLA.
- Improvement actions to ensure availability is as per agreed SLA.
- Act as a link between AMIEO IT central organization and the Business team in the site.
- End User computing management and support.
- Reduce Risk, Impact and Incidents.
- Identification of risks, business impact and issues.
- Kaizen activity plan to reduce the above.
- Process automation.
- Automation of manual work identified.
- Provide solution to reduce manual work and also improve business efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
- Stakeholders and Business expectation management.
- Business requirements/ projects finalisations as per country and region strategy.
- Team management and business networking.
Vendor Management:
Compliance and Financial Management:
- Capex and Opex(G&A) BP finalisation.
- Budget management and Forecast reporting.
- Management of the budget, financial and purchasing needs of the team in order to deliver the agreed program of work.
- Adherence to industry best practice, departmental governance and service delivery methodologies.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
MAJOR CHALLENGES:

- Global IS for global project roll-out and overall roadmap.
- Purchase Organisation for RFP/RFQ/ RFI and PO process.
- Vendors for system development and support.
- RNTBCI for support activities and new projects.
- Dealers for system trainings and support.
DIMENSIONS:
- Number dealers: 200 + outlets.
- Warehouse : ASPDC, NRPDC, WRPDC.
- Business Department: Sales, AS, Finance, TCS, Marketing, DD.
- Related global department for request to support: 2 department.
- AMIEO leadership update projects QCT and budget progress.
Skills And Knowledge:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in IT field / Masters in Computer Application / BE/ BTech Computer Science.
- PMP/ PRINCE certification preferred.
Relevant Experience:
- 12-15 years+ IT industry experience.
- Experience in Automotive sector IT including Dealer Management Systems and CRM solutions is preferred.
