Position Title: General Manager Advocacy & Outreach Officer (Consultant)

Role & responsibilities:
Role Overview:
The General Manager Advocacy & Outreach Officer (Consultant) will be responsible for strengthening ICDIA's visibility, influence, and engagement with key stakeholders across the global Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) ecosystem. The role will focus on advocacy initiatives, strategic communications, partnerships, and outreach programs to promote ICDIA's mission, research, and global collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advocacy and outreach strategies to promote ICDIA's initiatives and thought leadership in DPI and digital governance.
- Engage with government bodies, international organizations, industry associations, think tanks, and innovation ecosystems.
- Lead the planning and execution of global outreach programs, policy dialogues, conferences, and knowledge-sharing forums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and global networks.
- Support development of advocacy campaigns, communication materials, and policy briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and dissemination of research outputs and policy insights.
- Represent ICDIA in international forums, workshops, and public engagement platforms.
- Track global trends and developments related to digital governance, innovation, and digital public infrastructure.
Educational Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Digital Governance, Public Affairs, or Strategic Communications will be an advantage.
Experience Required:
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in advocacy, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, communications, or policy outreach.
- Experience working with government agencies, international organizations, policy institutions, or global development programs preferred.
- Exposure to technology policy, digital transformation initiatives, or innovation ecosystems will be an added advantage.

Age Criteria: 35 - 50 years (preferred)
Compensation (CTC): Final compensation will depend on experience, expertise, and engagement terms.
