Associate Consultant - eHealth (Ministry of Health & Family Welfare) Role & responsibilities : - Ensure all the users in the organization (National/ State/District level/) develop an up-to date understanding of means to use various software's /applications/ tools/ platforms. - Candidate should have knowledge of Cyber Security, IT Hardware, Domain, Router and Networking. - Development of innovative approaches and tools, as well as documentation and dissemination of best practices. - Coordinate technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and delivery of project activities to achieve project success. - Coordinate technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and delivery of project activities to achieve project success. - Provide technical inputs on thematic areas of health sectors. - Monitor the progress of health IT programs and provide inputs on regular basis. - Coordinate technical and non-technical team members to ensure alignment and delivery of project activities to achieve project success. - Guide States/UTs in policy and program implementation in relation to programs. - Coordination with stakeholders/users/vendor on functional & technical requirements. - Development and conceptualization of concept paper for effective implementation of Health IT programmes in integrated manner. - Monitor the adherence of the Project to the implementation timelines. - Develop guidelines, SOPs, templates, formats along with guidance documents to States/UTs under eHealth. - To prepare project review reports/presentations and facilitate review meetings/discussions at different levels Inter-department coordination within MoHFW. - Any other tasks that may be required/ assigned by e-Governance Division, MoHFW. Preferred candidate profile : - B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA(IT)/ Post Graduation (IT) or equivalent. - 3-6 years of experience in project implementation, Program Management of projects including IT/eGovernance projects. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities,excellent oral and written communication skills in English. - Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment. - Knowledge in Health systems development desirable.
