Role -&nbsp; We are looking to hire an analyst / associate for a full-time position based out of Mumbai. The role will provide a significant amount of hands-on exposure to the world of startups, along with an opportunity to work with several high quality entrepreneurs &amp; teams across spaces like ecommerce marketplaces, classifieds, digital payments, global / domestic SaaS, gaming, etc. Key responsibilities &amp; opportunities -&nbsp; - Sourcing &amp; evaluating new investment opportunities, generating emerging sector-related ideas, tracking market data and identifying trends - Active role in management of the fund's portfolio companies, including strategic, analytical, compliance and other interventions - Coordination of follow on fund raising, M&amp;A and other exit opportunities for the portfolio - Key role in shaping the fund's future investment thesis / strategy - Opportunity to network across the technology / startup ecosystem - Supporting the fund raise process for Nirvana's subsequent funds - LP (investor) communication &amp; reporting - Opportunity to directly work with the General Partners of the fund &amp; entrepreneurs / CXO level team of portfolio companies - Opportunity for board level exposure in portfolio companies over time Requirements - - Major in Engineering, Science, Math or Economics from a premier institution - A top tier MBA (top IIMs / ISB / US Ivy League) - 1-3 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting or institutional investing.
