Responsibilities: - Good function knowledge of Accounting and treasury operations in a fintech/ NBFC. - Working knowledge of GST/TDS for accounting, payment, returns and compliance. - Managing book closure tasks, Monthly financials, MIS and key business matrix preparation andV variance analysis. - Handling audits- Statutory, internal audits, tax audits and due diligence. - Oversee vendor reconciliation, ageing and payment plan. - Process review and optimisation. - Oversee Payroll processing and filing of related returns like PF/ESI/LWF/PT/S&E - This is a great opportunity for the right person to learn and grow, in an fintech entrepreneurial setting.
