Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Identify, collect, and analyze data to support business decisions and process improvements.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

- Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.

- Understanding of various business analysis methodologies.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Experience with banking products and processes (e.g., loans, deposits, payments).

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking industry.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Proficient in SQL

- 4+ yrs experience
