Senior Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client portfolios by offering tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial goals and provide advisory services.
- Stay updated on market trends, research, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain strong and long-term client relationships through exceptional servicing.
- Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets in line with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless financial solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of stock market operations, equities, derivatives, and other financial products.
- Excellent client servicing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving financial and sales targets.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or broking.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-value client portfolios.
- Prior experience in leading teams and handling branch operations is preferred
